A part time Sports Steward is required as soon as possible to support the day to day running and usage of the Schools sports facilities.
The successful candidates would be expected to:
- Prepare sporting equipment
- Greet clients and members of the public in a courteous and well informed manner
- Open and close the facilities, being mindful of security and health and safety issues
- Complete any tasks specified by the Community Development Manager, in addition to using their own initiative
- Ensure the cleanliness of facilities
There could be opportunities for any candidate with specific sporting skills and qualifications to develop the role within their terms of employment. Candidates should have a good educational background and experience of customer service.
